Overview

The deltaq package provides access to 7-day quarantine breach rate data (Zachreson et al. 2022) simulated for Australia and its states/territories, covering 27 Oct 2020 – 31 Jul 2021.

Launch the interactive app

The DeltaQ: Breach Data Explorer app provides an interactive dashboard for exploring 7-day quarantine breach rates across Australian jurisdictions.

The app automatically updates visualisations when inputs change, allowing real-time comparison of jurisdictions and trends. It is launched directly from R using:

deltaq::launch_app()

This opens the Shiny interface locally in your web browser.
